Regional Training Center at Koili - Progress Report
Works at the Regional Training Center at Koili have come to an end as the Project at Koili is 95% complete
The remaining works such as pavement construction and parking space asphalting are halted due to outside factors (such as the weather in the case of the asphalting) but are soon to be completed as well.
Multipurpose Center at Kathikas - Progress Report
Works are well underway at the construction site at the Multipurpose Center at Kathikas.
Brickwork, plaster work as well as Metal Roof Installation are all underway with the weather providing some difficulties in their quick progress.
Choletria Heroes Memorial - Project Completion
Works have been completed at Choletria Heroes Memorial.
The official unveiling will take place on the 28th of July.
Project Progress Rerport
Works at the Multipurpose Center at Kathikas are slow to start due to the difficult weather we experience this year. They are expected to pick up speed in the months to come.
Works at the Regional Training Center at Koili are continuing at a steady pace nearing 2/3 completion despite the bad weather.
Works at Choletria Fallen Heroes Monument and Park are at the final stages. The project is expected to finish in the coming couple of months.
New Project Announcement and other Projects' Progress Rerport
Our Company is happy to anounce the acquisition of a new project at Kathikas Village in Paphos.
The project consists of additions to the old elementary school, which will be transformed into a hall of events and recreation with a stage and dressing rooms, a reception area with a living room, an area with toys for kids, a kitchen, a computer room, a library, relaxation and hospitality rooms and sanitary facilities. Kathikas Village is situated on a plateau 23 kilometers north of Paphos.
Works are expected to begin in January 2019 with the contracts having been signed on December 6th.
The project is expected to be completed in 18 months and as a Company we strive for excelency and we will meet the standarts set from Paphos Provincial Administration who are the ones commisioning this project.
In other news, works at Regional Training Center at Koili are well underway nearing the halfway point and Choletria's Fallen Heroes Monument and Park is expected to be finished in a couple of months.
